About Ataraxia

Ataraxia is operated by Abalmon Inc. It helps you choose personal goals, agree on tasks and follow your progress. These terms cover the app and ataraxiaapp.com. This is an early testing version; features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s data.

Your goals and choices

You decide which proposed tasks to accept and whether they suit your circumstances. AI responses can be incorrect. Ataraxia does not provide medical, mental-health, exercise, nutrition, financial or legal advice and does not replace professional care. Do not use it for emergencies. Progress scores are game indicators, not assessments of your worth or clinical measurements.

Your content

Your goals and messages remain yours. You allow Abalmon Inc. and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process them to operate the features you use. Only submit information you are entitled to share. Do not include other people’s confidential information.

Availability and changes

We may improve, suspend or discontinue features, and may restrict access to protect accounts or address misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted service or particular personal outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your account

You may stop using Ataraxia at any time and request whole-account deletion through the app. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Future material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply where required.
